Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at lockinforever.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

 

Shipment processing time

 

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume and the current COVID-19 Pandemic.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Lockinforever.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Lockinforever.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Lockinforever.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or due to the result of an error on our part, you receive the wrong item. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at lock4forever@gmail.com with details of the product and the defect as well as a photo documenting the defect or error within 5 business days of the receipt of the item. We will send you a shipping label to submit the return within 5 business days. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a  replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product.
